This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer within the meaning of Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, addressed to an indefinite number of individuals and/or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), and is concluded with Sole Proprietor Yeromina Oksana Dmytrivna (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") for the provision of services related to dog behavior consulting (canine specialist), dog walking, selection, and temporary pet care (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The Contractor and the Customer are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Essential Terms of the Agreement

1.1. Subject of the Agreement:

The Contractor provides the Customer with canine consultation services, canine support, temporary care, selection, and dog walking, which include:

• Consultations on pet selection, upbringing, training, and behavior correction;

• Providing recommendations for pet care (excluding recommendations on nutrition, veterinary care, and other non-behavioral matters);

• Conducting online sessions and guidance;

• Conducting in-person training sessions at the Contractor's or Customer's location;

• Dog walking services;

• Temporary pet care at the Customer’s location.

1.2. Service Provision Format:

Services may be provided either online (via the Telegram platform) or in person by prior arrangement.

Courses may include video lectures, recorded materials, and live Q&A sessions.

1.3. Price of the Agreement:

The price of the Agreement is determined by the service received according to the current cost of the service at the time of payment.

Prices on the website are indicated in USD, and payment is made in the national currency (UAH) at the current exchange rate. The exact payment amount is provided before the Customer agrees to the terms.

1.4. Payment Procedure:

Full payment for services must be made to the Contractor’s bank account at least 48 hours (2 days) before the consultation begins.

1.5. Refund Policy:

A refund is possible in the following cases:

• When purchasing a package of five consultations, a partial refund is available after the first consultation, deducting the cost of one session.

• If more than 48 hours remain before the start of a paid consultation, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.

1.6. Intellectual Property Protection:

Materials provided during consultations and/or courses are intended solely for the Customer’s personal use. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, share, or make materials publicly available to third parties, regardless of the purpose.

1.7. Liability of the Parties:

The Contractor is responsible for providing timely consultations and materials and adhering to the terms of the Agreement. The Customer is responsible for timely payment, following the Contractor’s recommendations, and complying with other terms of the Agreement.

1.8. Duration of the Agreement:

The duration of the Agreement depends on the type of service provided:

• Dog walking: no more than 2 hours, but at least 30 minutes;

• Temporary pet care: no more than 12 hours, but at least 3 hours;

• Canine consultations: from 2 weeks to 7 weeks.

The Agreement may be extended upon written consent of both parties.

1.9. Termination of the Agreement:

Each party has the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the other party violates the terms specified in this Agreement, particularly Clause 1.7.

The Agreement may also be terminated early by mutual consent.

The Agreement is considered terminated upon the expiration of its duration and is not extended in writing.
